DESCRIPTION <br />Butter Chicken Recipe <br />CHICKEN INGREDIANTS <br />Boneless chicken: 250 gms <br />Red chilli powder: ½ tsp <br />Salt to taste <br />Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp <br />Oil: 2 tsp <br />GRAVY INGREDIANTS <br />Onions: 2 <br />Tomato’s: 3 to 4 <br />Cashew: 15 to 20 (50 gms) <br />Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp <br />Red chilli powder: 1 tsp <br />Coriander powder: ½ tsp <br />Cloves: 2 <br />Cardamom: 2 <br />Cinnamon: 1 inch <br />Oil: 1tsp <br />Salt to taste. <br /> <br />For the preparation <br />Butter:1 tsp <br />Cream: 2 tsp <br />Kasoori methi: ½ tsp <br /> <br />PREPARATION: <br /> Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder ginger garlic paste, <br /> In a pan heat some 2-tsp oil and cook the marinated chicken till it is done. <br />Keep chicken aside. <br />In the same pan add 1tsp oil, onions, tomato’s, cashew, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder , whole masala. Mix it and simmer for 15 minutes <br />Cool down and make the mixture into fine paste. <br />In the pad add butter then add prepared paste, chicken cook for 2 minutes. <br />Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. <br />Add cream and kasoori meethi <br />Butter Chicken is ready to be served
